EMBRACE THE LESSONS OF 2019: REFLECT AND REVIEW

 When I reflect, I am able to put an experience into perspective and learn from it. Reflecting and reviewing on my past year allows me to distance myself from the emotions of good and bad experiences and see them with fresh eyes.

 Each December, prior to the New Year and setting new goals, I try to spend some quality time reflecting and reviewing the past year.

 This provide me with new perpectives and emotional integrity.Reflecting and reviewing the year has thought me self restraint and patience.

This create new chapter in the coming year. The lessons of the last year should give you hope and reasons to live to fight for another day.Hope that you have the duty to impact and uplift somebody.

 Though 2019 was challenging,it also brought growth and development in my Professional career.

 It is my hope and believe that this reflections and reviews will provide a new paradigm shift in 2020.

 Happy New year to you all

 It is a new decade

 It is a new chapter ;
