There is no self-help guru or program that will magically solve your chronic unhappiness, disharmony, and self-sabotaging mindsets and choices, but you have a set of innate tools, skills, and competencies that you can employ to create a life of meaning and wholeness, including the choice to seek professional help, treatment and support.
There is no diet, workout routine, weight, or size that will cause you to look into a mirror and love yourself, but you can cultivate a healthy relationship with yourself that is based upon unconditional self-regard, self-care, self-acceptance and self-respect.
There is no perfect person or life where everything is good, lovely, cheery, untroubled, blissful and blessed, but no circumstance or shitstorm can strip you of your choice to honor what matters most to you, follow your highest truth, deepen your humanity, and discover that love, beauty and goodness wins.
