  His willingness to go beyond the call of duty has made him a trailblazer in effecting positive change at the highest levels of leadership. Not only has he proven himself uniquely capable of working with colleagues from all level of leadership, but he has also earned the respect and trust of those outside the Nightingale fraternity.

He brings  team leadership, Commitment to duty and call, empowerment, service with integrity, Effective representation, advocacy  , diligence and a plethora of others. 

His passion for the profession he champions and the people he represents has proved to be an invaluable asset to those he serves. His commitment to purpose and determination towards making a positive, lasting impact on society have left an indelible mark on public leadership. He embodies the true spirit of public service, committed to making the world a better place for all citizens.

His visionary contributions will unquestionably serve to inspire others for years to come. It is with the greatest reverence that the region has called him to serve as the regional chairman without contention .
